The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel so welcome. The shop is well set out and always clean.
Friendly staff and some great catalogue specials. Found that too many items need to be ordered in but they are very fast to transfer between stores.

I struggle a bit here ... I like shopping here but it is very hit and miss with getting good assistance at the trade counter... you really have to check everything twice otherwise you have to keep going back to change stuff over for the correct items

Saturday 19/11/22. Waiting in line with $180 worth of Bowden's products. One serving, one female customer ahead of me being served. Waited five minutes after females purchase was processed while arrendant continued to chat up the female customer. Put the products back, walked out. How long would I have had to wait? Anyway, yes, one has to be patient while waiting in line, but not while the attendant works on getting the woman's phone number. Good product range.
Always deal with one person there, the manager Robert, very knowledgeable, always ready to help out and good advice , excellent service
